We had a great experience working with the Tiger Home Team! I want to first mention how extraordinarily patient and professional they were with us. We initially started working with JulieAnne when looking for our next home. She showed us many houses in the mid-Missouri area before we decided we wanted to build instead. She was professional throughout, and even then gave us some time and space to figure that out before continuing to work with us to sell our home. Selling with the Tiger Home Team was very smooth. They really listened to what we had in mind and made us feel comfortable. We never felt like we couldn't be open or honest with them. They're very knowledgeable, and we had no trouble getting in contact with them. Questions, emails, texts were always answered very fast. They did a great job making our home look great and getting it online with professional staging and photographs. We had a contract 9 days from when we listed! When it came time to negotiate, we felt like they were able to provide great, practical advice to help us see all sides and get our house sold. Buying or Selling a home is a lot of work. I do "Home Inspections" and on average perform about 300 a year. I see a lot of clients and a lot of Realtors. When it is an easy transaction anyone can look good. When it gets a bit tough the difference between which realtor you have chosen starts to show, when it gets really tough and sometimes it does the difference between realtors is night and day. I have met a lot of clients that feel abandoned by their realtors, sometimes that feeling is justified. Over the past few years I have never seen this team give less than "outstanding" service to their clients.
